The Restaurant
Started as a family restaurant back in 1990, this Chinese restaurant was started by Steve and Alice Wong. Steve and Alice had previously owned a Chinese takeout restaurant in Hawaii before coming to West Springfield, MA to build a restaurant of their dream.
Popular among many in West Springfield and surrounding area, the restaurant seats about 80 people.
After being the owner of the restaurant for more than a decade, ownership has been transferred to Alice's younger brother Raymond since 2006.
